Boston Harborfest
Boston Harborfest is an annual week-long Fourth of July festival showcasing Boston’s heritage, with particularly focus on American Revolution history. Reenactments, historical tours and events, and, of course, fireworks all serve to commemorate this Massachusetts town’s contribution to American independence. Harborfest, considered by some to be America’s most significant patriotic festival, offers more than 200 events daily, including concerts and children’s entertainment. Most of the festival happens in Boston's downtown and waterfront districts, as well as on Boston's City Hall Plaza. Some events are free, most others range from $1 to $10.
